If you must call, our number is 866-ART-1-xxx. We don't have a dedicated front desk person and the best time to call is in the afternoon about 1 PM to 2 PM Pacific time which is our lunch time. Due to recent high frequency of unwanted solicitation, we have temporarily disabled this toll free number. It now only appears on order receipt. Note that we prefer email communication which can be retrieved later on to avoid misunderstandings. If you have to leave a message, please state your name, your phone number (cell phone is better as we can text), and the name of the model ship. 

Please don't call for a price quote, as we can't give over the phone. We need to perform preliminary research and  hold a discussion among team members. Please fill out our very short form by clicking on the "COMMISSIONING" button on the blue column on the left for a quote.

Also, do not call for the following reasons: 1/stock status. When a model is sold, as we change its stock status immediately, 2/kits and plans, as we don't sell them, 3/a big batch of small models for gift purposes, as we don't mass produce, 4/a potential repair/restoration: we need photos.

Advertising firms: we believe in organic search results and we don't pay to advertise. So do not call. Our high mental focus work can be affected by your solicitation.
