already shown on our Web site, when you commission
another, we guarantee that your model will look at least
95% like that model. The reason we can't say 100% is
because the models are handmade, and there're always
some barely noticeable variations in all handmade
products. The 5% difference could work in your favor as
we never stop increasing quality. If not as
expected, we offer to refund 100% your money after
receiving the model back in good condition. Note that we
don't charge 25% restocking fee as others do (usually
said in a link near the bottom of their web sites.)
2/If you are
commissioning us to build a vessel that we have not
built before, we guarantee that your model will beat
those already made by the other commercial builders in
all three important aspects: accuracy, detail, and
artistry. You don't have to take our words for granted.
For accuracy and detail, Google the phrase 'Island
class model' and compare to see
a sample. We use a coast guard model here to demonstrate
our ability to build far superior models even though we
entered the coast guard category more than 10 years
later than the other companies did. For
