HATTERAS GT63
The Hatteras GT63 was a
state-of-the-art yacht when she was introduced in 2012.
Built on a solid fiberglass resin-infused hull with prop
pockets to level the engines and reduce draft, the GT63
is able to cruise the Bahamas Banks and navigate shallow
coastal waters with confidence.
The interior
accommodations found in the GT63 are not just spacious
and luxurious, but are a match for many of the finest
European motoryachts. The standard four-stateroom,
three-head layout includes an opulent amidships master
and large VIP stateroom forward, both with private heads
and showers. The two guest staterooms have upper/lower
berths and share a common day head. On the main deck
level, the salon area is aft and the galley and dinette
are forward. The salon features a watertight entry door
that opens at the touch of a button, and a spiral
staircase leads up to the optional enclosed flybridge. A
fast ride, Caterpillar 1,900hp C-32 engines will cruise
the GT63 at 35 knots (40 knots top).
Available with an open or
enclosed flybridge, the wide 20-foot beam of Hatteras
GT63 ranks her among the largest convertibles her size
ever built.
When you view photos of
scale model yacht on the Internet, be sure to obtain
large photos, as tiny ones cannot tell much. Here are
some examples: propellers stay in the hull tunnels, propellers
have correct shape, important parts of all sportfishers
hull, luxurious woodwork.
